How I can help

Rediscovering Yourself Through Therapy

Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting — especially when you’ve been trying to hold everything together on your own. Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, lost, or disconnected from the person you used to be. Life’s challenges can change how we see ourselves and the world around us, leaving us feeling like something isn’t quite right or that we’ve lost our sense of direction.

In therapy, you don’t have to face those feelings alone. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been happening and begin to make sense of your experiences in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Whether you prefer in-person counselling in Bolton or online therapy from anywhere in the UK, our sessions will move at your pace - helping you rediscover clarity, strength, and connection with who you truly are.

Your journey, my support

I see counselling as a space where two people come together to make sense of life’s experiences. As an integrative counsellor, I work in a person-centred way, which means I don’t tell you what to do or who to be - instead, I offer understanding, honesty, and empathy as we explore what’s happening for you.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal when they feel truly heard and accepted. My role is to walk beside you - to help you find clarity, recognise your choices, and reconnect with your own strength.

Over the years, I’ve trained in and experienced a range of therapeutic approaches, and I draw on them gently and intuitively, depending on what feels most helpful for you. Every person’s story is unique, so I adapt my way of working to meet you where you are, in a way that feels safe and supportive.
